Soft washing or pressure washing?
Short answer: roofs, stucco and siding are usually soft washed at low pressure. Concrete, driveways, walkways and pavers can be pressure washed. We confirm the method for your home after we assess each surface.
Soft washing uses low water pressure with detergents suited to the material. Pressure washing uses more force, which suits concrete and pavers but can damage roofing and siding.
When drone cleaning fits a home
Two-story homes, steep roofs and delicate tile can suit drone soft washing. The drone applies the solution from the air, so nobody has to walk on fragile tile. It's one method we use, and we recommend ground methods where they're a better fit. Learn when drone cleaning is the right method →
